Salvation Fitness Frequently Asked Questions

We just ask that you give us a minimum of 14 days notice for cancellations.

Yes. The gym does have a shower.

We do not have lockers, however there is plenty of space to store your belongings in the front area while you workout.

Unfortunately, UAC is an adult only facility. Children are not permitted on the gym floor for safety reasons. We appreciate your cooperation.

Trainers generally offer a price break if you workout in pairs, but that’s something they’ll be able to discuss further with you.

All of our trainers are independent contractors, so they set their own pricing. The base price per session is $50.

Early morning from 6am to 10am are generally busier for us. In the afternoon, tend to be busy from 3pm to 5:30pm. Even with more people in the gym, we are never “slammed.” You won’t be waiting for machines, weights etc.

Yes. Please let us know when you’ll be bringing them by to ensure it’s during staff hours. All guests are required to sign a waiver at the front desk prior to using the gym.

Molly is available Monday through Thursday from 8am to 12pm and again from 3:30 to 6:30pm. She is also in Friday and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. If you need to stop in outside of those hours, just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We do. Passes are $15 per day. If you join, we will apply that toward your first month of membership.
